1. Introduction
By enrolling your child at We Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between the school, the students, and the parents/guardians. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with the enrollment process.

2. Admission and Enrollment
  • Admission to the school is subject to the availability of spaces and the fulfillment of the school’s admission criteria.
  • All required forms and documentation (such as birth certificates, medical records, etc.) must be submitted during the enrollment process.
  • The school reserves the right to revoke an offer of admission if false or misleading information is provided.
     
3. Tuition and Fees
  • Tuition fees must be paid in full or in accordance with the payment plan agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, suspension, or exclusion from classes.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific policies (e.g., withdrawal before the school year starts).
  • The school reserves the right to review and modify tuition fees and charges annually.
     
4. Attendance and Punctuality
  • Students are required to attend school regularly and arrive on time for classes.
  • Parents/guardians must notify the school in the event of any absences or late arrivals.
  • Excessive unexcused absences may result in disciplinary action or impact the student's academic performance.
     
5. Code of Conduct
  • All students are expected to adhere to the school’s Code of Conduct, which promotes respect, responsibility, and good behavior.
  • Bullying, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
  • The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, for violations of the Code of Conduct.
     
6. Health and Safety
  • Parents/guardians must provide the school with up-to-date medical information and notify the school of any health conditions that may affect their child’s participation in school activities.
  • In case of emergency, the school will make reasonable efforts to contact the parents/guardians and, if necessary, arrange for medical care.
  • The school will not be liable for any injury or illness incurred on the premises unless caused by negligence on the part of the school.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
  • The school collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Personal data, such as names, contact details, and academic records, will be used for administrative and educational purposes only.
  • The school will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
     
8. Use of School Facilities and Resources
  • Students are expected to take care of school property and resources, including textbooks, IT equipment, and sports facilities.
  • Any damage to school property caused by a student must be repaired or replaced at the expense of the parent/guardian.
  • Misuse of school facilities, including vandalism or theft, will result in disciplinary action.
     
9. Extracurricular Activities
  • Participation in extracurricular activities is encouraged but may require additional fees.
  • The school is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during extracurricular activities unless caused by negligence.
     
10. Withdrawal and Termination
  • Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw their child from the school must provide [insert required notice period, e.g., one month] notice in writing.
  • Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or pre-paid fees.
  • The school reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for breaches of these terms and conditions, failure to meet academic or behavioral standards, or non-payment of fees.
     
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
  • The school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing to parents/guardians.
  • Continued enrollment at the school constitutes acceptance of any revised terms and conditions.
